tired carpetunwelcoming staff
i found the corridors and carpet quite worn i think they need replacing. reception staff were not particularly cute that i noticed. also there should be a basin in the same room as the toilet here. it feels odd to have to go to the bathroom to wash hands after using the toilet i found it quite unhygienic

the breakfast advertised in the room information cost £9.95 , but i was charged £13.50. the only eggs were scrambled and were soggy.
